Technical Department Assistant 

The person hired for this position shall be responsible for:

• preparation of product presentation and comparative analysis of products from various manufacturers
• running the data base for the offered products
• support for the development of catalogues and technical solution concepts for air-conditioning, ventilation and heating devices
• handling complaints and sales of goods, training and services for domestic and foreign customers
• preparation of service agreements
• keeping tight e-mail and phone contact with customers

WHAT DO WE EXPECT

• technical education, preferably environmental engineering, mechanics, electrical engineering (students are welcomed)
• technical knowledge in field of air-conditioning, ventilation and heating systems
• computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• knowledge of AutoCAD would be advantageous
• good command of English enabling confident communication by telephone or via e-mail
• regularity, independence, good organization of work
• ability of establishing interpersonal contacts
• analytical thinking skills
