Customer Service Specialist in Technical Department
Work place:
The person hired for this position shall be responsible for:
- handling of domestic and foreign complaints from HVAC sector
- monitoring the due dates and stages of service contracts implementation, contact with subcontractors
- cooperation with foreign suppliers in regard to handled complaints
- sales of goods and services
- preparation of offers and analysis
- drafting service contracts
- keeping tight relations, creating and maintaining positive, long-lasting relations with customers
WHAT DO WE EXPECT:
- minimum secondary education (higher technical education, environmental engineering, logistics would be advantageous)
- good, practical knowledge of PC operation – in particular MS Word, Excel (data analysis, pivot tables)
- fluency in spoken and written English (constant contact with suppliers and foreign customers)
- ability to draft formal correspondence and contracts
- resistance to stress and very good organization of work
- knowledge of ERP environment would be advantageous
- experience in complaint handling and/or work with the client will be an asset
